Description
Alongside traditional cereal farming, there is a highly diversified vegetable production: seasonal crops such as asparagus, artichokes, strawberries, leeks, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines and potatoes are grown, as well as mushrooms such as shiitake and oyster mushrooms.
In addition to fruit and vegetables, a wide range of products from farms near the shop are available: charcuterie, meat, poultry, dairy products, ready meals, cakes, ice cream, fruit juices, local wines and numerous preserves… courgettes, aubergines… but also heirloom vegetables: parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes…
