Description

There is another fully independent cottage on site. You are in the heart of the Montagne Noire with a magnificent view of Carcassonne and its city, as well as the Pyrenees mountain range. You can enjoy numerous walks or mountain bike rides starting from the cottage. Depending on the season, you can go chestnut or mushroom picking. This area of the Montagne Noire allows you to visit the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac. You are also close to Lac des Montagnès, a supervised swimming lake, Mazamet in the Tarn and the city of Carcassonne, which are 30 minutes away. The owners will share their passion for beekeeping with you.
The gîte comprises a large living room with kitchen, opening onto the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and shower room with WC, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed and shower room with WC, one bedroom with three single beds and shower room with WC. Large private terrace in front of the door, parking on the property.
