The Domaine de la Ventaillole, located 10 Km from Carcassonne and 1 hour from Toulouse is managed according to organic farming principles.
The 4.5-ha vineyard grows Grenache, Cabernet and Fer-Servadou grape varieties. Production (Ecocert label) combines red and rosé wines, PDO Cabardès wines and Vin de Pays d’Oc and Liquoreux wines.
