The audit identified several areas for improvement affecting common website components as well as specific page templates.

Improvements are planned regarding:

  • keyboard navigation;
  • tab order;
  • visible keyboard focus;
  • the main navigation menu, particularly on mobile devices.

Readability and page structure

Some pages still require improvements concerning:

  • colour contrast;
  • heading hierarchy;
  • readability when zooming;
  • interactive content.

Images and content

Further improvements are planned for:

  • alternative text for images;
  • informative icons;
  • downloadable PDF documents;
  • video accessibility.

Specific page templates

Some accessibility issues remain on:

  • tourism information (SIT) pages;
  • the search engine;
  • brochure pages;
  • some editorial templates.
