Description

We propose a discovery tour of the vineyard lasting approximately 2 H, during which we will explain the complexity and the different stages of wine production, from the vine to the glass.
A walk between the vines to discover the characteristics of the land, the soil, the climate and the different grape varieties and cultivation techniques.
The tour continues in the wine-cellar and the storehouse, where we explain the fermentation and wine-making processes for red, white and rosé wines. Tasting of our 2 white wines in our barrel cellar.
The tour finishes in our tasting cellar with the tasting of one rosé and 4 red wines under the PDO Corbières and Boutenac. Introduction to wine tasting.
