At the border between Aude and Ariège, come and recharge your batteries on a 1.5 Ha estate, surrounded by nature in the heart of Cathar country. Nestled on a hill, the views of the Pyrenees and the Black Mountain are breathtaking. The disconnection is total. There are many hikes. The greenway can be easily reached by bike or on foot. Mirepoix is 10min by car, Lake Montbel 30min, Carcassonne 30min, Wine Route 15min, Cathar castles 50min, Narbonne 1h20, Toulouse 1h.
he accommodation of 170 m2 adjoining 2 gites for 2 people, has its own entrance. Its private terrace surrounded by greenery offers a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.
On the ground floor, there is the kitchen, a pantry, the living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom next to the bedroom and the toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is composed of 5 gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, two coffee machines (Senseo and classic), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all the crockery necessary. A pantry adjoining the kitchen has a washing machine, a drying rack and shelves.
A living / dining room with a bird’s eye view of the Pyrenees is adjacent to the kitchen. This room is composed of a large and comfortable corner sofa, a large round table, a wood stove.
The large bedroom on the ground floor has a “King size” bed (180 x 200).
Upstairs are 3 other bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms have a 160x200cm “Queen size” bed. A third bedroom accommodates 2 single beds. A bathroom with toilet is also upstairs.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
