Description

Behind the parish church, in the former chapel of the White Penitents, the Fanjeaux communal gîte welcomes pilgrims travelling along the GR®78, also known as the Pyrenean Piedmont Way, towards Santiago de Compostela.

The gîte, which can accommodate up to four people, comprises:
– on the ground floor: an entrance hall for storing, cleaning and drying shoes, a large dining room-kitchen-lounge. Available: kitchen utensils, crockery, induction hob with extractor hood, small fridge, shelf for bags, armchair, tea and coffee on arrival.
– Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds, a bathroom (with a hairdryer available).

The village amenities (café, restaurant, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bus stop) are only a few minutes’ walk from the cottage.
