Description
Located south of the Corbières designation in the municipality of Cucugnan, the estate is marked by some of the most beautiful castles of the Cathar country.
Fabienne and Bruno Schenck created the estate in 1995, which now spans 25 hectares of vines, some of which are very old, with more than a century old Carignans, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
Non-violent farming: vineyard management without the use of fertilizers or insecticides through observation of fauna and flora bio-indicators, the respect of balanced production per trunk, careful assessment of grape maturity and strict selection during harvest (always by hand) provide for entirely sulphur-free, yeast-free and additive-free production methods, without compromising on our quality requirements for your satisfaction.
