Description

This young winemaker created his private cellar in 2003. With the aim of transmitting their passion, Jean-Marie and Beatrice BERTROU will take you on a tour of their estate. This tour will show you their environmentally-friendly working methods. You can look back at the work of past generations thanks to the old tools museum. This tour is both informative and nostalgic and ends with a tasting session in the cellar.
Château Parazols Bertrou, operating both Cabardès and Minervois lands, lies between the Lastours castles and the City of Carcassonne. On your escapades, come and discover the old tools conservatory and taste our special vintages: Le Bois des Roses (rose wood) and Ni Ange ni Démon (neither angel nor demon), as well as the Vendanges Tardives (late harvests) and Carthagène (Cartagena).
