Nestled in the heart of a peaceful, unspoilt estate, this holiday home invites you to enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by nature. Each cottage has its own private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing whilst taking in the natural surroundings. You’ll also have access to a private heated swimming pool with stunning views, reserved exclusively for your accommodation, so you can make the most of sunny days in complete tranquillity.

The estate’s communal outdoor areas offer high-quality leisure facilities: a tennis court for sports enthusiasts and a pétanque court for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.

Pradelles Cabardes is the highest village in the Montagne Noire. Surrounded by forests and overlooking a peaceful lake, this village appeals to lovers of nature and the great outdoors. The trails wind their way through pine trees, vineyards and capitelles. Whether on foot or by bike, set off to explore the Pic de Nore and admire the Pyrenees in the distance. Swimming and fishing enthusiasts will find what they’re looking for at the village lake, just a few minutes’ walk away.

When it comes to heritage, the medieval city of Carcassonne is a must-see. The Aude region is also brimming with iconic sites to visit: the Cabrespine chasm, the Cathar castles of Lastours, Caunes-Minervois Abbey, the Cubservies waterfall and the Limousis caves.

The estate comprises two self-catering cottages as well as the owners’ home, ensuring privacy and peace and quiet for everyone.

– A fully equipped semi-open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, washing machine, fridge-freezer). Living room: TV, sofa, insert fireplace, piano.

Upstairs, in the first section:
