Like the head of a family protecting his children, a head chef protects his customers. At the Gaïa restaurant, we propose a limited menu of responsible cuisine and dishes of the day that change with the seasons and the harvest. With this evolving menu, we look after the health of our gourmets and keep your senses tuned by serving fresh ingredients. We serve responsibly-produced food, taking the big picture into consideration when it comes to health and the environment. Together, restaurateurs and customers can limit the impact of our food intake in terms of nutrition, public health, biodiversity and the climate, without sacrificing flavour, naturally.
