Description

Here, you can explore the 50-hectare estate of vineyards and woods and walk part of the Way of St. James.

On site, you can enjoy the garden and park shared by the owners, as well as the boules court for a game of pétanque, with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. From May 1 to October 30, you can cool off in the owners’ swimming pool (6×12 m, depth 1.20 to 2.50 m), open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather, with its sun loungers and pool house with shower and toilet. A games room is also available with table tennis, table football, etc.

The cottage comprises on the ground floor:

_a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the living area with TV and pellet stove.

_private terrace with garden furniture and plancha grill.

_separate toilet.

_laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

_2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, each with its own bathroom.

Upstairs:
