Description

You will be ideally located in the heart of the village of Montreal with all amenities close by (car park, shops, bakery, restaurants, library) while enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings with a wooded park just opposite the gîte, which you can admire from the gîte and where you can recharge your batteries. There are many places to visit in the surrounding area within 30 minutes: the medieval cities of Carcassonne and Fanjeaux, the Monastery of Sainte-Marie de Prouilhe, Lake Buzerens in Bram and the Canal du Midi, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. You can park your car for free right next to or opposite the cottage. There is also a bicycle garage available, as well as two bicycles for exploring the area.
The gîte consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a sofa and TV, a small office with a view of the trees, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed if you wish to bring an extra person, and a desk area. The cottage does not have air conditioning, but it stays cool inside in summer thanks to its construction, so you can feel comfortable all year round. WiFi. Baby equipment.
