Description
The Montbrun site has been inhabited since ancient times, as shown by the relics found in the vineyards: pottery, Roman coins, etc.
The Château du Roc lands have experienced the terrible battles that the men of Simon de Montfort fought with the Cathars.
Created and built in the early XVIIIth century, the Château du Roc has been handed from father to son.
Today, as the proud protectors of this past, the Bacou family is happy to show you their production.
On-site demonstrations: vineyard labour, old tools and a still.
