Description

The Fabre family, wine-growers since 1605, is established on various estates and Châteaux in the Languedoc region, combining the traditions of a very ancient wine-growing region with the modernity of full-bodied fine wines.
Château de Luc is one of those magical spots where you can encounter everything that makes up a grand wine: exceptional climate and land, only revealed via a 4×4 outing to “La Roche Trouée”, unless you prefer the charm of a bicycle ride along the Orbieu river, or even a stroll in the shade of the holm oak trees on the Château’s grounds. Not to be missed, of course, are the wine cellars: one for making the wine, the other for its maturing in barrels, stored in the mediaeval vaults.
Open on Saturdays and Sundays on appointment only.

Les vendanges se sont achevées sous un beau soleil, et nous voulions partager ce moment avec vous. Les blancs et rosés, rentrés de nuit dès la mi-août, gardent toute leur fraîcheur, tandis que les rouges fermentent doucement en cave. Chaque jour, nous pensons à vous en suivant ces vinifications pleines de promesses. En attendant, place au repos des vignes : le froid s’installe et nos ceps entrent doucement en hibernation. C’est donc le moment idéal pour vous dévoiler nos coffrets de fête, pensés pour accompagner vos plus beaux moments de partage… et prolonger un peu la magie du millésime !
