Description
Situated in a hamlet 2 km from the village of Lacombe, in the Aude department, the holiday cottage is set in an unspoilt natural environment typical of the Montagne Noire. This region is prized for its wooded landscapes, gentle hills and numerous lakes, which are ideal for relaxation.
Nearby, you can explore Lake La Galaube, just a few minutes away, as well as Lakes Lampy and Laprade, which offer magnificent areas for walking and leisure activities. The famous City of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also around 30 minutes away.
The area is particularly well-suited to nature holidays: hiking in the Montagne Noire, mountain bike trails and forest walks, strolls and relaxation around the lakes of La Galaube, Lampy and Laprade, fishing and water sports depending on the location. An ideal setting to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors.
This holiday cottage, adjoining a private residence, is laid out over two floors:
On the ground floor:
_A fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, standard coffee maker, washing machine), with a dining area,
_A living room with a TV and a decorative fireplace,
Upstairs:
_A bedroom with a 140 bed,
_A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet,
_A walk-through bedroom with a 140 bed and a cot, leading to the final bedroom with a 140 bed.

Towels are not provided. Electric heating is available at an extra charge.
