Description

Built around its castle dating from the 18th century and located on the “Canal du Midi” La Redorte is surrounded by water : the “Argent-Double” and “Rivassel” rivers but also close to the “Aude”. The port “La Fabrique” on the Canal du Midi is the starting point of a walking route passing along the aquaduct (historic monument) and a ancient inn called ‘dinee’ that used to provide travelers with meals and a bed for the night
