At the gates of the La Clape mountain range, Le Bouïs has welcomed visitors for nearly 300 years.
It is on the outskirts of this exceptional site on the remarkable land known as the Corbières, that the estate’s 49 hectares are situated, facing due south, overlooking the sea.
Frédérique Olivié offers his guests a true tasting and sensory experience around the estate’s many activities: tasting in the wine cellar, discovering the vineyards, cooking lessons, historical trail, guest rooms and a restaurant with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
