A “nature-area”. The Domaine de Mayrac is a wine-growing estate spanning 36 ha, distributed over the Luc sur Aude and Couiza municipalities. The vineyard is founded on deep clay-limescale lands, where vines have been organically grown since 1987. The range of wines includes 19 varieties (produced with or without sulphites). In 2014, the Gault et Millau selected 6 varieties for its guide.
