Description

In the heart of the Montagne Noire, you can enjoy a stunning setting where nature reigns supreme, surrounded by deep forests, lakes and hiking trails. From Caudebronde, you can easily reach the iconic sites of the Aude and Tarn regions, including the Cathar castles and the unspoilt landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc. The owner, who is also a reflexologist, contributes to the estate’s relaxing atmosphere, which is popular with families, cyclists and horse riders.

The ground floor brings together the living areas in a welcoming layout: a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and a kettle. The dining room and lounge complete this space, the latter offering a spacious 50 m² reception room equipped with a video projector. There is also a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with two showers, a separate toilet and four comfortable bedrooms, all on the same level to make group stays easier.

• Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90×190 cm, can be joined on request), approx. 10 m²
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90×190 cm, can be joined on request), approx. 10 m²
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90×190), approx. 10 m²
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90×190), approx. 10 m²

Outside, you have a private garden at the front of the gîte, whilst the rest of the grounds are shared with the owners and another accommodation unit. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue so you can make the most of sunny days.

The private swimming pool (7m × 5m, depth 1.20m), secured by a safety cover, is available from 1 June to 30 September.

Parking is provided in a private car park on the estate. Heating is available at an extra charge from 1 November to 1 May.

The peaceful surroundings, the mountain views and the wide open natural spaces are among the gîte’s major attractions.
