Passionate about French cuisine, Mira left her native Ukraine 15 years ago. She has now made her dream come true by opening her own restaurant in Carcassonne, where she expresses her creativity through dishes prepared before your very eyes from an open kitchen. Her dishes are aesthetically pleasing, colorful and made with fresh produce.
Her other passion is painting, and her works decorate the restaurant’s dining room.
