The hotel-restaurant Le Top du Roulier enjoys an ideal location just 15 minutes from Carcassonne’s Citadel. Situated in the heart of the village of Capendu, between Corbières and Minervois, this hotel is the starting point for lots of different activities: walks and cycle rides along the Canal du Midi, through the vineyards, or on the Alaric mountain amongst the scented ‘garrigue’ scrubland.
