Description
The restaurant is located in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude on the Cathar country road, in the same place where the small Le Rébenty river flows into the Aude.
A selection of meals are served in the elegant dining room around the large fireplace. In good weather, lunch and drinks are served in the garden on the banks of Le Rébenty. Fresh trout farmed in the garden’s fish ponds. Many of the ingredients used in French and Spanish cuisine are grown in their garden. The restaurant is open every day (except Monday lunchtime in season and Monday and Tuesday out of season).
