Description

Ideally located near Belpech, Christophe and Régine Tardieu are duck farmers. They produce and sell a wide range of products, including duck breast, foie gras, pâtés and sausages.

Their farm is unique in that it controls the entire production chain to guarantee a traditional, authentic and natural product. Mr Tardieu has four buildings and two mobile huts. Building A is 200 m² with a 5,000 m² run and houses 2,300 naked neck chickens or capons (once a year). Buildings B and C are each 250 m² with respective areas of 6,000 and 6,200 m², and house 2,700 naked neck chickens. Finally, building D, with a surface area of 400 m², has an area of 10,300 m² and houses 4,400 naked neck chickens or guinea fowl.
These buildings comply with Label Rouge standards.
