Description

In a traditional stone building, you will enjoy all modern comforts, allowing you to relax and get away from it all. Located in a natural environment, you can enjoy long walks in the surrounding area. Here you are between two regions, Aude and Ariège, a few kilometers from the medieval town of Fanjeaux in Cathar country and the village of Mirepoix. You are 30 minutes from Castelnaudary (the world capital of cassoulet) and the Canal du Midi. The city of Carcassonne is 40 minutes away.

The cottage includes on the ground floor:
-a large hall, which can be used as a relaxation area, opening onto the private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs, accessible via a period wooden staircase, you will find:
– a large living room with a pellet stove and a smart TV (only works with apps such as Netflix, Molotov transferable from your smartphone, YouTube, etc.).
– A fully equipped separate kitchen.
– A bathroom with separate toilet.
Two large bedrooms of 17 m², 2 single beds (90/200) that can be joined on request and 1 double bed (180/200).
On the second floor:
– One bedroom with 1 double bed (180/200) and a bathroom.
Sheets and towels provided.
