Description

The vineyard of the Domaine la Bouysse lies at the heart of Corbières region on Fontfroide and Boutenac lands. Restructured with noble varieties, it has retained its old Carignan and Grenache vines, which are an average of 30 to 50 years old; some are even 80 years old!
Martine Pagès and Christophe Molinier, both oenologists, decided to take over the family-run estate and have focused on the quality aspect of the Corbières wines. The estate is managed according to organic farming methods.
