Description
Just a stone’s throw from the Ariège and the town of Mirepoix, you will enjoy an ideal location between the two departments, with many amenities nearby. Castelnaudary, the world capital of cassoulet, is also about 20 minutes away. You can also visit the Cathar castles of Montségur, Foix, and Puivert, Lake Montbel, or the medieval towns of Fanjeaux and Mirepoix. You can enjoy the estate’s shared swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 0.90 to 1.90 m), open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from June to the end of September. From the living room, access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha grill, enclosed garden. Parking on the property.
The cottage is located on the first floor, accessible via an entrance hall shared with two other cottages:
_A fully equipped kitchen/living room opening onto the panoramic terrace with garden furniture.

_A bedroom with two 90 cm beds, which can be joined together to form a 180 cm bed on request.
_A bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds.
_A separate bedroom, accessible via the terrace, with a 140 cm bed and private bathroom with toilet.
