Description
Loïc Duflot has settled with a herd of 40 goats, which he raises outdoors on 26 hectares of land. He runs his farm and cheese production according to organic farming standards and takes great care of his environment by treating effluents using phytopurification and replanting tree hedges.
He sells his production of drained lactic cheeses and Pays Cathare coins and escutcheons, which have already won several medals at the departmental cheese competition, at local open-air markets.
