WELCOME to Domaine Faure, Manuela and Denis Faure’s estate: independent growers and Languedoc winemakers.
The Domaine Faure is nestled in the Cougaing valley at the foot of the Pyrenees. It spreads across about thirty hectares between three villages in the heart of the Languedoc, between Carcassonne and Perpignan in the Limoux region.
A total commitment to wine and tending vines has been handed down from father to son across four generations of the Faure family.
Caressed by sunshine and wind, from the east and the sea, the vines sink their roots into a mythical legendary soil right in the heart of the Cathar Country and where the Via Domitia once ran. Our authentic wine, brimming with tender loving care and resting in the estate’s cellars, will revive your palate with its aromas and flavours.
