The Domaine Grand Guilhem is a 12.7 ha organic wine-growing estate with a XIXth century manor house and outhouses forming part of the Fitou vintage.
Located overlooking Cascastel, it is ideally located in the centre of the Cathar Country, just 25 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean.
Within its walls made from locally-sourced stones, the manor house, which opens its green shutters over the Roman tiles roofs of Cascastel, the shrubland and its hillsides covered in old vines ((Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Muscat, Maccabeo) dating back more than sixty years, distils a characteristic Mediterranean ambiance.
