Description

Domaine Michaud has a cosy dining room where individuals and small groups can dine in an intimate setting in front of the fireplace with a magnificent view of Carcassonne.
In fine weather, meals are served on the terrace overlooking Corbières and the Pyrénées.
“Carte blanche” only. That means the daily menu is a freshly prepared surprise depending on what’s in the vegetable garden, fresh market fare and the chef’s inspiration. Bookings required for dining at Domaine Michaud.
There is only one service each evening, but the dishes are prepared with passion and presented with panache, and accompanied by delicious Malepère and other wines.
